After reading about wiki seem alot more interseting than I first though in for example creating your our wiki is just very simple (Wiki farms) and anyone could add, edit or delete information that what I found most interseting it like collection of world information online.

For libraries something like adding books list which allow anyone to add the book they love and being able to make a comment and suggestion.
